Welcome to
“So you could not keep watch with me for one hour?” Matthew 26:40
No. 1 Ulo-Church Avenue · Ogbe-Ahiara, Mbaise · Imo State, Nigeria
We keep unceasing watch before the Blessed Sacrament, night and day. This is our heartbeat, our reason for being, our gift to the world.
Through television, radio, social media, and digital platforms, we carry the joy of the Gospel to every corner of the earth.
Stone by stone, a house of prayer is rising in Ogbe-Ahiara. Your generosity can help complete what God has begun.
Our Lady of Perpetual Adoration Monastery is a contemplative order for women, founded by Rev. Dr. Kevin A. Ori on the sacred ancestral land of Ulo-Church, Ogbe-Ahiara, Mbaise. His grandfather once gave this same land to God to build a church. Today, his grandson offers it back to God as a home of perpetual prayer.
We live in monastic enclosure, adoring Christ in the Blessed Sacrament around the clock, and reaching the world through the apostolate of media evangelization.
Built stone by stone from the personal savings and retirement funds of one priest. Here is where things stand today, and what God’s house will look like when it is complete.
“Hopefully, others will join hands in the future to continue God’s work and bring the reign of God in our land.”
Rev. Dr. Kevin A. Ori, Founder
Founder & Spiritual Father of OLPAM
Rev. Dr. Kevin A. Ori is a Catholic priest, former Director of Projects and Chancellor of his Diocese, and the visionary founder of Our Lady of Perpetual Adoration Monastery. He was born and raised in Ogbe-Ahiara, Mbaise, on the very land where OLPAM now stands.
After six years of patient effort to secure the family’s ancestral land, a divine call arrived through the voice of Sr. Chika Mbalaji of St. Clare Franciscan Monastery, Ijebu-Ode. The message was clear. In the autumn of 2024, he broke ground. Today, the walls are rising.
“So far, I have relied on my retirement funds and savings for this project. Hopefully, others will join hands in the future to continue God’s work.”
